A cozy living room with exposed white brick walls and large windows. There is a brown leather couch with a Dalmatian-patterned cushion, a round knitted ottoman, and a rectangular concrete coffee table. A floor lamp, a potted monstera plant on a stand, and framed pictures on the radiator enhance the space. The room is softly lit, with some blue lighting visible outside the windows.

About

My name is Alexander Mart (AMART). I’m a tattooer and artist working in illustrative realism.

The Linen Room is my private studio on Capitol Hill in Seattle. I work one-on-one, by appointment only, focusing on thoughtful design, collaboration, and intentional tattooing.

My approach is simple: listen first, draw with purpose, and allow the project to take shape naturally.

I’ve been tattooing professionally for over a decade and have worked across a wide range of styles and projects, from fine lettering to large-scale compositions. These days, I focus on work that blends realism and illustration — tattoos that feel personal, timeless, and lived-in.

If you’re looking for a focused experience and care about both process and result, you’ll feel at home here.
